Our Story
In 2009, Yaron Norani left the corporate world with a clear mission: fix what's broken in tech consulting. After years watching large companies receive cookie-cutter solutions that ignored their actual needs, he founded Ycon to do things differently. We listen first, understand deeply, then deliver exactly what works - not what's easiest to sell.
